on receiving more awards including One of ‘50 Best Girlfriends Getaways’ by National Geographic and voted a Top 10 Destination Spa by Conde Naste Traveler 2007 Reader Poll.
If you’re looking for an affordable, value-added destination spa this could be a great option. Surrounded by red rocks and so close to Zion and Bryce National Parks. What a way to spend your summer vacation and add some adventure.

I’ve been staying in touch more than usual with my resort contacts as March tends to be busier than usual. Canyon Ranch is sold out for most of March into April, however call me with your dates and I’ll see what I can do. Miraval is sold out on several nights in March and both Green Valley Spa and Red Mountain Spa are limited as well. Rancho la Puerta continues to be sold out until May, however I’ve been able to get a week here and there. So, bottom line, if you want to add a little adventure, relax or enhance your lifestyle - plan as soon as possible and flexibility is helpful.

If you’re thinking of taking off during the summer for a long weekend hiking adventure, you may want to consider Red Mountain Spa as they’re once again offering the $59 massage during the summer (limit of one per person per day, 50-minute swedish massage). I’d be happy to assist with your travel dates and the sooner the better so you can get your spa appoinments confirmed.

From time to time I get calls regarding the Sexuality workshops at Miraval - usually after Oprah has a rerun of a show she did on the great work of Drs. Lana Holstein and David Taylor. I’m happy to say that there are quite a few dates set for 2007 and I’ve included the link to review the options available. Feel free to visit: http://www.miravalresort.com/a……uality.php
What you may not know is that Rancho la Puerta offers a series of classes called Sex and Sexuality by Dr. Beverly Whipple. She is a sex educator, sex counselor and sex researcher and she is the co-auther and author of several books on the subject. There are several opportunities in 2007 to take part in her workshops and more information can be reviewed by visiting: http://www.rancholapuerta.com/……01307.html
She also served as president of American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (1998-2000), the vice-president of the World Association for Sexology (2001-2005), and president of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality; and was named by the New Scientist as one of the 50 most influential scientists of the world.
